Planning a wedding, party or event is stressful enough and finding the right musicians can be difficult. With our talented, varied roster and smooth booking processes you can put your trust in us. Being musicians ourselves we know what it takes to surpass expectations and delight.
1 | Search our artists
We only list a small selection of our musicians, bands and ensembles on our website. If you see something you love on there, drop us a line to get prices and availability. If you’re looking for options, let us know when and where your event is taking place and we will send you some ideas. Think of us as your entertainment consultants!
2 | Talk to us about your requirements
Are you unsure what entertainment will create the right atmosphere for your event? We have many years of experience in the wedding and events industry so are perfectly placed to give expert advice. Send us an email for a no obligation chat about what music might be right for you.
3 | Initial deposit to confirm your booking
We typically ask for 50% of the fee as a deposit with the balance due 30 days before the event. We accept payment by either bank transfer or all major credit cards. If you need to work on a slightly different payment plan then do let us know.
4 | Finalise the arrangements
We help you finesse ALL the finer details of your booking, liaising between everyone leading up to the date of your event. We have an automated booking management system which allows you to be in control of what information is sent to your musicians, so everyone is ‘singing from the same song sheet’….so to speak! Essentially, treat us as the go-between client and musician. Any questions at any stage, we’re on hand to help!
